Custom Tracking Channels Explained
Its simple to start using custom tracking channels.
1) After you sign up for my affiliate program, you need to FIRST test your new affiliate link. Again the link will be:
http://superaffiliate123.therichboytes.click2sell.eu
Where superaffiliate123 is your Click2Sell login name.
Copy this link into your web browser, and it should redirect you to my main site. If this happens, you have successfully created your affiliate link. =)
Now — only AFTER you have done this first step — login to your Click2Sell account and click the "FOR AFFILIATE " tab at the top.
2) Locate my product, and click the "Stats" link.
(Note: If you did not first test visit your new affiliate link, my product will not show up yet. You must first visit your affiliate link by typing it into your browser, and then Make Your Cash Stack™ will appear inside your Click2Sell account.)
3) Now, click the button that says "Add Tracking Channel"
Enter a name so you can identify it later.
4) Finally, click "Get Link" next to your new custom tracking channel.
You will see a bunch of boxes with different codes such as the following:

Take this link, and start promoting! You can make multiple tracking channels to test various marketing strategies.Once you start tracking your different links, its time to improve on them. Take 5 of your different tracking channels, pick the 2 with the best conversion ratios and delete the other 3.
Write down the conversion ratios of the 3 you are deleting for future comparison. Make 3 more tracking channels and repeat to continually improve your conversion ratios!
Cloaking your affiliate links to save sales
You might want to cloak your affiliate links so people don't try to rip you off and delete your code, preventing you from getting commission!
You have 2 options:
1) Simply cloak your affiliate link and promote the cloaked link.
(The Lazy Method, will not receive best results)
2) Or Get a domain name and point it to your affiliate link through frames, then promote your domain name. (Recommended)
NOTE: If you go to the next step and get your own domain name, you do not need to worry about cloaking your affiliate link. I strongly recommend you get your own DOMAIN name instead of just cloaking your affiliate links.
Remember, a domain will look much more professional than a cloaked link and as as result it will receive much higher quality clicks, and more clicks in general.
I will teach you how to cloak your affiliate links anyway, because its so simple to do...
Method #1 - Simple affiliate link cloaking!
Now, method #1 is the lazy method that probably won't bring you as many clicks as method #2, and therefore won't earn you as much money. But it's a LOT better than simply trying to promote your full affiliate link!
What it does it take your full link of:
http://superaffiliate123.therichboytes.click2sell.eu
And turn it into a very small link like:
http://itshrunk.com/bc
And it's cool because it redirects instantly to the exactly link you tell it to! So it's like "shrinking" your link without changing it in any way at all!
Just drag this link Short URL onto your browser's toolbar to have an instant "Short URL" button.
Or you can go straight to their website and instantly make cloaked links, for free.
Method #2 - Getting your own domain and pointing it
to your affiliate link!
This is the BEST method, and the one I strongly recommend because it will bring you the most clicks, which will result in earning you the most money!
It's a very simple step in the process, but its a VITAL step to making everything come together. Please do not think you can get away with skipping this step.
The reason you want to buy a domain and point it to your affiliate link is simple... Normally, your affiliate link will be something like:
http://superaffiliate123.therichboytes.click2sell.eu
Or a simple cloacked link would look like this:
http://itshrunk.com/bc
But how much better would it look if you had your own domain name like this:
http://www.GetYourCashStack.com
Now, you could go around trying to promote those first 2 links everywhere, but ask yourself this question. Would you honestly click on a link that looked like that, regardless of what the link was for?
If you are being honest with yourself, the answer is probably a big fat NO. Long links look like spam, and people don't like spam. The solution, buy your own domain name!
Lucky for you, domain names cost less than $1/month. Yes, I said that right. It's about $10/Year to register .com domain names. Other domain extensions can be more expensive, but .com is the most commonly used and well known.
"Where can I get a cheap domain name?" you might be thinking. Right here:

Make sure you choose a domain thats somewhat related to the program you are promoting. So, if you are promoting Make Your Cash Stack!™ then you might try the following

AdvancedBusinessOpportunies.com
etc etc.
See where I'm going with this? I have no idea if these are available or not, I just made them up for example.
The domain name you pick should be:
- Easy to read
- Easy to remember
- Related to the product you are promoting
NOTE: You can register your domain as PRIVATE if you don't want people to be able to run a WHOIS search on you.
WHOIS is a Database which contains all the registered info for every domain on the PLANET. If you don't register as private, ANYONE can log on and search for your domain and get your full name, phone number, and address. Personally, that's something I don't want the public to have access to, so I always opt for PRIVATE REGISTRATION, which is only a few more bucks per year...worth it!
Pointing your domain to your affiliate link
After you get your domain registered, and after you already have your affiliate link, you are ready to put the two together!
Now there are two ways to point your domain to your affiliate link. This method will discuss the first method which allows for a little more flexibility. (You can paste a javascript stat tracking code on the page also to track the traffic your domain receives.)
Option #1 - Simple Frames
To point your domain to your affiliate link, you just need to make a simple index.html file and place it on your Web Server. Here's the code you need for the index.html file:
Remember, you need to replace superaffiliate123 inside the code with YOUR click2sell login name in order to get credit for the sale!
Once you save this code to your index.html file and put it on your Web Host, you are done!
Any time someone goes to your new www.domain.com address, the entire webpage will instantly appear as my webpage, linking directly to your affiliate link to give you credit!
It's as simple as sending someone to your new domain, and waiting for the sale!
Option #2 - URL Forwarding and Masking
This method will discuss the second method of pointing your domain to your affiliate link, which is still easy to do, however it doesn't allow for stat tracking. On the upside, you don't need a webhost to do this, just a domain name.
It's called "Domain Forwarding" or "URL Forwarding". Again, this is very simple to do and the instructions can be found here.
(This is assuming you registered a Domain with Moniker as I recommended above. If you chose another domain registrar, you will need to contact them for specific instructions on how to do this)
You will need to set the URL forwarding address to your AFFILIATE LINK. There will be an option about "framed" or "masked" forwarding. You WANT this. What this means is, when someone goes to your domain, the address bar (where you type www.com addresses) will keep YOUR domain there.
If you do not enable URL masking or framing, whenever someone goes to your domain it will automatically replace the domain you typed with your affiliate link in the address bar, instead of keeping your domain visible. Not enabling URL Masking will cause people to realize that they are click on an affiliate link, which makes them much much LESS likely to purchase!
Either way, your domain will still properly redirect to your affiliate link, it just looks a lot more professional to have your domain name stay visible in the address bar, along with hiding the fact that you just sent them to an affiliate link (increases your chances of getting the sale!)
Now, lets assume you are all set up and done, URL forwarding is active and ready. Anytime someone goes to www.GetYourCashStack.com (or whatever domain you registered) it will automatically and instantly redirect them to your affiliate link.
Now you can promote your beautiful, easy to remember, non-spammy looking domain name! For around 10 bucks, it will pay itself off over and over again. Remember, you are promoting products that pay you at least $20 PER SALE!
Note: You will need a new domain name for every product you promote, for obvious reasons. Each domain can only be linked to one address.
